Product Description
Red Delhi carrots slowly reduced in whole milk and clarified butter until all the sweetness is concentrated and the mixture turns the colour of amber. Finished with cardamom, khoya, and toasted cashews and almonds. Requires only patience to make well — and this has been made with great patience.
